Description
You possess a high-tech, futuristic or
super-scientific weapon capable of generating energy blasts. With it, you can
make ranged attacks as per the Blast power or may
attempt to overwhelm the target’s visual senses as per the Dazzle power.
Decide whether the blaster’s Affliction effect is
resisted by Fortitude or Will when selecting this power. The choice is
permanent although you could target the other resistance as a power stunt (see Powers Stunts).
